WOMEN'STEC are on the second stage of the National Training Awards (NTA) competition 2010. The National Training Awards are a UK-wide competition. Northern Ireland competes with the other UK regions i.e. England, Scotland and Wales for this coveted training recognition. It is designed to recognise and reward individuals and organisations from any sector who show clear benefits achieved through training and developing the skills of their people. It is a simple but rigorous training framework that gives organisations and individuals a model for helping to review and assess where they are on their training journey. Organisations and individuals tell their story against the framework by way of an entry form; the story is assessed by judges and all entrants receive feedback. Winners are recognised at a memorable ceremony at Northern Ireland level and ultimately at a national level. |
