| The trainer had a wealth of knowledge and personal experience having been a full time paramedic for many years. The training was fun and extremely practical with lots of advice on what to do as a "first on the scene person" as well as teaching basic skills e.g. bandaging, making a temporary splint for broken limbs and recognising signs of hidden injury. Great advice was also given on supporting and moving frail or elderly people, something which everyone commented was different and useful.
