![]() | Bronagh is an independent consultant working in the areas of business and community development. Previously she was Business Development Manager at North City Business Centre where she was responsible for helping over 100 people set up business in North Belfast as well as developing economic empowerment projects within the community. Passionate about helping change she works with organizations and projects that match her core value system. Prior to being employed at North City, she ran a business called Creative Change where she developed and ran a number of cross community and cross border women's projects helping over 129 women to move forward into full or part time training, education or self employment. A Fulbright scholar she has a first class degree in Textiles and Fashion and is a member of the Institute of Business Consulting and a Trustee of Belfast Print Workshops. |
![]() | Aodheen is a Lecturer in Communication and Advertising at the University of Ulster at Jordanstown. Prior to taking this post, she has worked in Marketing in the private and voluntary sectors and has also worked as a researcher in the university where she currently lectures. As well as an involvement in Marketing and Marketing Communications, she is currently managing a Peace and Reconciliation funded research project focusing on how sectarian difference is managed in the work place. Aodheen joined the Board of Directors of the WOMEN'STEC in 2003. |

I have been involved with WOMENSTEC for the last 6+ years. Main aims: To promote a career in construction to all potential new entrants including females. |
Nora is employed as WEAVE Project Manager at Intercomm. The project helps women to learn how to make and sell fabric giftware, combining craft and business skills. Nora has worked for 10 years in North Belfast and initiated economic regeneration, tourism and education projects. She holds a BA honours degree in Business Studies, a post-graduate Henley Certificate in Management. She is a former participant of the Leaders for Tomorrow Programme, in association with JF Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. |
![]() | Norah has been connected with the WOMEN'STEC from the onset. She is one of the women who went to Millfield TECH and did Bench Joinery and NVQ 1,2 & 3 in Carpentry and Joinery.
She is also Treasurer of Windsor Women's Centre and has been a board member for the last 12 years. |

The role involves a combination of external and internal communications planning. Prior to taking this post in 2003, she worked for a leading public relations agency in Northern Ireland. |
![]() | Maria joined the WOMEN'STEC in March 2007. She is employed by Intercomm as the WEAVE Programme Manager. The WEAVE Project is a pre-enterprise programme for women. Maria holds a BA Honours Degree in Politics and Sociology from Queens University, Belfast and an Msc in Political Communication and Public Affairs. She has recently completed the ILM First Line Management Certificate & Diploma in Management. |
