EPR

EPR (Extending Positive Relations) is a 2 year programme aimed at all women with an interest in Reconciliation and Politics Training. It is designed for those with little or no previous experience or training as it is an introductory programme.

There are different dimensions to the programme which offers accredited training courses in Reconciliation as well as non-accredited training in Political Leadership. Students will also have the opportunity to take part in Political Dialogue as well as mentoring and volunteering activities with people in decision making roles.

In addition to the above training, women will also receive Personal Development and Confidence Building training. Within the programme women can choose to do one or all of the following:

• Introduction to Political Leadership Skills - ILM Introductory Level
• Reconciliation OCR Level 2
• Reconciliation OCR Level 3
• Political Dialogue Training - Not Accredited
• Mentoring - Not Accredited

The Programme is funded by the Training for Women Network, Positive Relations Programme through the European Union Programme for Peace and Reconciliation (Peace III).
